Abstract

Objective To analyze the activity of myocardial enzyme in neonatal asphyxia and observe the clinical value of activity of myocardial enzyme in neonatal asphyxia.Methods 46 cases for the hospital group term neonates with asphyxia,the control group for the same period 46 cases of healthy full-term newborns,the baby is delivered Apgar score after birth were measured in cord blood serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase myocardial isoenzyme(CK-MB),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBD) levels.Results The newborn's cord blood serum AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,α-HBD test values were higher,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Neonatal cord blood serum enzyme activity assay could be used as an objective indicator of neonatal asphyxia,myocardial enzyme activity in neonatal asphyxia neonatal asphyxia test can reflect the severity of myocardial damage and,for the early diagnosis and treatment, prevention of illness deterioration of the situation and improve neonatal outcomes.
