Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy of reduced glutathione in the treatment of druginduced liver injury caused by antituberculosis drug.METHODS:89 cases of newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=49)and control group(n=40.) Both groups were given 2H3R3Z3E3(S3/)4H3R3 antituberculosis therapy regimen and conventional liver protection therapy.Treatment group were additionally treated with reduced glutathione.RESULTS: The improvement of liver function index in treatment group,such as alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),were better than in control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Total response rate were 89.7% for treatment group and 67.5% for control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P0.01.) CONCLUSION:Reduced glutathione can significantly improve the druginduced liver injury caused by antituberculosis drug.
