Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of ganlixin combined with glutathione for treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury. Methods Sixty-three cases of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were used ganlixin injection and glutathione injection intravenous drip. While the control group were treated with vitamin C injection and potassium-magnesium aspartate injection. The treatment were two weeks. To observe the two groups symptoms, signs and liver function changes before and after treatment. Results The treatment group's total efficiency was 96.9%,higher than that of the control group who's total efficiency was 74.2%(P0.05).In the treatment group after treatment ALT,AST,TBIL significantly improved(P0.01) than the pre-treatment and this decline were better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ganlixin combined with glutathione for treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury can improve the microcirculation of the liver, protect the liver cell damage. It is one of the effective ways in the clinical treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury.
