The citizen's right to privacy is an important personality right.The rest of the world attaches great importance to the protection of the right to privacy,most of the laws in their countries directly or indirectly protects privacy.China also from the many aspects indirectly protects the right to privacy,initially forming a lower level of privacy protection system..The author analysed our current situation and the protection of privacy and thought that the time of establishing the system to protect the privacy is short,there are many mistakes and loopholes in legislation,only adopting the most effective direct methods and setting legal from different areas,setting up of comprehensive privacy protection system,can we protect human rights and build a harmonious society.
