Abstract

The right of privacy on internet information is a new issue raised from network environment.This essay is trying to explain the meaning of it and contents of privacy as well as the right of privacy on network environment.It has made a rational thought to the pattern of legal protection and legislative form through analyzing the current situation of protection of right of privacy home and abroad.
