Clinical Research of Yiqiwenyang Decoction Treatment of Chemotherapy-Induced Leucopenia

Abstract

Objective:To observe therapeutica' effect of the digestive tract cancer Yiqiwenyang Decoction on chemotherapy-induced leukopenia. Method:137 patients were randomly assigned to treatment group (67 cases) and control group (70 cases). Treatment group was given Yiqiwenyang Decoction,and the control group was treated with Li Ke-jun. Changes in peripheral white blood cells were observed 3 weeks after treatment. Result:Treatment group:51 cases cured. effective in 13 cases,total effective rate was 95.5%,control group:44 cases cured,effective in 12 cases,total effective rate was 80.0%. Conclusion:Treatment of gastrointestinal tumors with Yiqiwenyang Decoction on chemotherapy-indaced leukopenia has a better effect.
