On the Legal Protection of Internet Privacy Right in China——Taking the Foreign Legal Protection of Internet Privacy Right as an Example

With the popularity of the Internet and the development of network techniques,personal privacy is more and more likely to be under the threat of being attacked.So it is necessary to establish and strengthen the legal protection of privacy right.This paper analyzes the definition of internet privacy and reveals the problems of internet privacy right protection in China,and introduces the major legal protective measures in other countries and finally put forward a basic legal frame for protecting online privacy.
