Abstract
With the rapid development of internet and information technology, privacy in the internet has been seriously infringed. Facing such infringement, every country dedicates to establishing its legal protection system on internet privacy. This paper discusses the internet privacy legal protection approaches and regulations in the United States and the European Union from the comparative research perspective, and provides legislation suggestions for the internet privacy protection in China as well.
