Abstract

In automatic control system of 1250 strip reheating furnace,Simatic S7-400PLC is used as controller,and wincc 6.2 is adopted to achieve centralized control and monitoring of each equipment.Hardware and software design of the automatic control system,and principle and realization of pulse combustion control are described in detail.After the system was applied,it meets the need of steel rolling production appropriately and has a certain design reference value.
