Abstract
Furnace control systems combine with PLC control system and measuring instrument,by detecting the process of burning steel processing parameters to realize the optimal mathematical model and the best double-limit convergence of gas and air,which can control the temperature of the furnace,furnace pressure and some protection measures,and operating stations controlled by the computer system monitor all the production process.Application shows that the furnace systems are running more energy-saving,efficient,safe and stable.
