Abstract
Objective To study the correlation of serum AST、ALT ratio with fibrotic markers hyaluronic acid(HA) in liver cirrhosis with different Child-Pugh score. Methods T96 patients with liver cirrhosis were enrolled in present study.serum AST.ALT ratio was determined by diazotization method;and serum HA was determined by RIA.Results Serum AST,ALT ratio,HA were significantly increased in patients with liver cirrhosis compared with healthy group(P0.001).Meanwhile,Serum AST,ALT ratio, and HA both increased with the classification of liver funcation raised.Serum levels of HA in patients with cirrhosis increased along with the increasing Child-Pugh score and the serum fibrotic markers was positively correlated with Child-Pugh scores. Conclusion There is a significantly positive correlation of serum AST,ALT ratio and liver fibrosis marker of HA(r=0.435,P0.001).To maintain liver funcation and to reduce AST,ALT ratio may be helpful to slowing the progress of fibrosis.
