Correlation of ALT,AST,TBIL and Liver Fibrosis Indexes in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the correlation of ALT,AST,TBIL and liver fibrosis indexes(PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C,LN and HA) in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods The serum ALT,AST,TBIL and the liver fibrosis indexes(PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C,LN and HA) of 100 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis and 30 cases of healthy individuals were measured,Results The serum ALT,AST and TBIL levels of the cirrhosis group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05);The serum ALT,AST and TBIL levels in the cirrhosis group increased significantly with Child-Pugh score raised,the C-grade group B-grade group A-grade group,compared the difference was significant(P0.05);The serum liver fibrosis indexes(PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C,LN and HA) of the cirrhosis group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05);The ALT,AST,TBIL and PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C,LN,HA levels were significant positive correlation(r=0.520~0.797,P=0.000~0.017).Conclusion Combined measuring the ALT,AST,TBIL and liver fibrosis indexes has important clinical significance for the early diagnosis of liver cirrhosis,evaluation and prognosis of the disease.
