Determination of pestcide malathion residue in garden spgarden stuff by SPE-HPLC

A SPE-HPLC method has been developed for the determination of pesticide malathion residue in garden spgarden stuff.The research method showed that the liner relationship between peak area and sample size was satisfactory in the range of 0.5 μg·mL-1～50.0μg·mL-1,the coefficient of correlation(r2) was 0.9992;the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.05 μg·kg-1 and the limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.5μg·mL-1;the recoveries were 86.3%～98.0% at the spiked levels of 0.5,30.0 and 50.0 μg·mL-1with the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 9.1%～0.6%.
