Abstract
A HPLC method has been developed for the determination of pesticide malathion residue in cabbage. The research method showed that the liner relationship between peak area and sample size was satisfactory, the coefficient of correlation was 0.999 6;the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.21%(calculated by peak area)and 0.84%(calculated by concentration) respectively; the recovery was within 85.6%~106.0%;the limit of detection(LOD) was 2.0 μg/L.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
