On the Current Situation and Rearrangement of Rural Residence Land—A Case Study of Qindong Town of Dongtai City

Rural residence land rearrangement is an important part of land consolidation. The various localities and aspects and large quantities of residence land have always been the difficult part of management. Good management and usage of rural residence land has important theoretical and practical significance. Taking Qindong Town as an example,the current situation of residence land was analyzed,the existing problems and reasons were put forward. Finally,several models for residence land rearrangement were put forward based on the house estate rearrangement in land planning,such as urban and rural demonstration village centralized resettlement mode,overall relocation type land consolidation mode,village internal consolidation pattern.
