Teachers' Social Status and Specialization

The specialization of teachers is closely connected with teachers' social status.Generally speaking,the recognition of teachers' specialization necessarily enhances teachers' social status.But,think from education itself,the feature of education product and the history of AngloAmerican countries strived for the specialized status of teaching,we must do exactly the opposite.We should artificially improve teachers' social and economical status,create a good objective environment to attract persons with ability to be teachers and enhance the quality of all the teachers and their teaching quality through professional training.We should advance the process of teachers' specialization.After teachers' specialization meets a certain degree and is recognized by the society,teachers' status will be necessarily improved.
