Abstract
The bacteriostatic effects of cosmetic antiseptic of Nipagin Ester,on observed standard bacteria, such as E.coli, steph aureus, candida albicans, aspergillus niger,B.green rod, treated by different antiseptic concentrations of 0.04%,0.06%,0.08%,0.10%,and 0.20% and with different exposure periods of 6,24,48,and 72 hours, and 5,7 days, were determined with antiseptic effectiveness assessment. The results showed that, the bacteriostatic effective concentrations detected by antiseptic effectiveness assessment were assay 0.04%,0.06%,0.08%,and 0.10% respectively, and invalid antiseptic was effectiveness detected by antiseptic effectiveness assessment, only abserved in B.Green rod exposed to Nipagin Ester.
