A Simple Method Of Extracting Plasmid DNA On a Small Amount

Abstract

Alkaline lysis is a method for extracting plasmid DNA widely.According to the writer's scientific research,solution used in general method can be replaced by 0.9%NaCl,in addition,the reaction time can be shortened in some of the steps.By adopting this method,plasmid DNA was exacted rapidly and simply,and it can also meet the requirement of the follow-up molecular biochemistry experiments.`
