Abstract
The traditional alkaline method to isolate plasmid DNA takes time and the operation system requires strict control. The paper improved the method by putting solution Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ one by one in the reaction system with the bacteria amount under control. The improved procedure, named a modified method, predigested steps and saved experimental time, while the quantity and the quality of plasmid DNA were maintained.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
