Abstract
Objective To understand the coagulation function status of pregnant women in expected date of childbirth to provide evidence for clinical treatment and prevention.Method Destiny fully antomatic coagulation analyzer(Germany) was used in this study.Analysis on Thrombin time(TT),Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB) indexes of 98 cases of pregnant women in expected date of childbirth and 90 cases of none-pregnant group. Results FIB of pregnant women in expected date of childbirth was higher than that of normal controls(P0.001).Conclusion The blood shows a Physiological hypercoagulability. It has advantages for protecting mother and fetus by monitoring coagulation function of pregnant women.
