Abstract

Objective: To select the ratio of adding azone in gel. Methods: Adopting Franz diffusion cell and using tetrandrine as an index. Results: The adding of azone possessed the obvious percutaneous action. Conclusion: The pentration promoting action is the best when 4% azone is added in gel.
