"Central Village" - a Breakthrough in Northwest China's Ethnic Community Development

Abstract

The present paper suggests that the central model for the development of Northwest China's ethnic communities is likely to be an effective alternative for starting the gradual evolution of the ethnic people from village through town to city. Some substantial suggestions are also proposed in the paper for the governmental planning of the ethnic community development.
