Abstract
In the process of modernization,there appears a variety of diversities on politics,economies,societies and cultures etc.in different ethnic groups.Under this circumstance,ethnic identities and ethnic relations present some specialties.For instance,with the frequent communications, the ethnic boundaries are becoming more and more distinct.In this paper,the authors,after the fieldwork in a village named Jiaru in Xunhua Salar autonomous county in Qinghai Province of its different ethnic villagers,such as Salar,Tibetan,Chinese and Hui,probe into the situation of ethnic relationship with the characteristics of multi-ethnic types,and multi-ethnic cultures in the village.
