Abstract

The main chemical components of tobacco stems of‘K326',‘Yunyan 87'and ‘Honghuadajinyuan'from 26flue-cured tobacco regions of Yunnan Province were analyzed and comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the chemical composition of tobacco stems mainly affected by environmental and cultivation conditions,nitrogen and potassium content between different varieties of the middle leaf stem was significant different,the rest chemical composition were not significant.Through cluster analysis,the‘K326'from 26flue-cured tobacco regions of Yunnan Province were divided into four categories,high sugar low potassium areas,high-sugar low chlorine areas,low sugar low chlorine areas,low sugar high chlorine areas,the chemical composition between adjacent counties(cities,districts)were similar.
