Abstract
The major factor which caused the differences of the resources of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan province was the climate in tobacco-growing area.These differences of climate caused the tobacco leaves had different chemical components which also caused tobacco leaves had different quality in tobacco-growing areas of Yunnan province.Simple correlation,linear regression and canonical correlation were used to analyze the data of 5 chemical components in the gas and 23 chemical components in tobacco leaves of these samples to solve the question of the redundant indicators.Total sugar,total nitrogen,chlorine,volatile alkali,potassium,pH,pectin,water-soluble ash alkalinity,ethanol extract,dichloromethane extract and amino nitrogen were selected to establish the evaluating index system of flue-cured tobacco quality of main tobacco-growing areas in Yunnan province.
