In our country, the current labor legal system has defects both in the form and in the content. In view of this, me should probe into the value core of the labor legal system and establish a new framework. The new labor legal system and establish a new framework. The new labor legal system should include the issues as follows: law about the subject in the labor force market, law about maintaining the order of labor force market, law about over all adjustment to labor, law about supervision and checking on labor, social insurance law and labor dispute settlement law.
