Abstract

Because the Labor Law of China is not operative,it can not meet the need of economic and social development.In order to perfect the legal system,we should make efforts on both'legislation'and'sorting'.On'legislation',a series of laws should be enacted,including 'Law of Labor Standards',Law on Promotion of Employment,'Law of Labor Contract',Law on salary Insurance。On 'sorting',law of social security should be drawn out from the labor legal system.
