Development Strategy of City Bus Priority

With the increase of traffic demand andthe increasing seriousness of traffic problems in Chi-nese cities, giving priority to the development ofpublic traffic system would be a necessary choice forthe development of city traffic. On the differentaspects, the bus priority has different implication.The paper discusses the development strategy of citybus priority on such aspect as plan priority beingpremise, policy priority being guarantee and run-ning priority being base.
