Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of the strategy of developing public traffic at priority and priority of the characteristics of its management,this paper discusses the precautions to realize the priority of developing public traffic from the angle of macro-policies,micro-methods,management ideals,and speed public traffic in Changchun.
