Abstract
Under the analysis of coal-mining machinery industry production organization through market-oriented,Imported the core idea of lean productionand process.This paper will focused on the solution of the facilities layout model and logistics systems.Combing with a new factory construction project,the applications of lean design in the coal machine plant design is introduced.
