Abstract
An UV spectrophotometry for the determination of norfloxacian was established.0.1mol/L NaOH solution was selected as the solvent, at the detection wavelength of 272.5nm.The liner range of Beer's law was 0-10μg/ml,the correlation coefficient r=0.9998.The standard deviation of six determinations was 0.65%.The proposed method was satisfactorily to the determination of norfloxacin in capsules.
