TCM and Western Medicine Treatment of 40 Cases of Gouty Arthritis

[Objective]TCM and Western medicine treatment of gouty arthritis.[Method]75 cases of gout were randomly divided into two groups,control group 35 cases celecoxib capsules(Celebrex),oral allopurinol treatment group of 40 patients in the control group based on the decoction of Chinese medicine Oral and affected area with Chinese herb fumigation.Observation and treatment 1w,2w decreased serum uric acid levels,gastrointestinal reactions,leukopenia,liver and kidney damage,skin rashes and other adverse drug reactions.Follow-up in March to observe the recurrence.[Results]1 week,2 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P0.05),uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate changes in the treatment group than the control group(P0.05);followed up for 3-month recurrence rate in the treated group efficacy than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]TCM and Western medicine treatment of gouty arthritis is better than Western medicine alone,the effect is stable.
