Abstract

Objective:To investigate process of the optimal extraction for Compound Aitongping Capsules. Methods:The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimal extraction process and the transfer efficiency of Piperine was determined by HPLC. Results:The optimal extraction condition obtained is adding 12 times amount of 70% alcohol and 2 hours for each time, then adding sevenfold volume of 70% alcohol at first time and five volume of 70% alcohol at second time. Conclusion:The method is stable, reasonable and feasible.
