Study on Option Incentive Mechanism of University Teachers

Because our country personnel large and system reasons,university teachers’ salary reward is low,short-term incentive can't satisfy the teacher individual demand,and the effect is not beautiful,long-term incentive is helpless.Teachers’ generally low wages has become the current one of the important problems in higher education field.Option as a kind of salary incentive effective way,it plays an important role in incentive mechanism.College teachers’ option incentive should strengthen in incentive resources selection,current incentive and long-term motivation should be combined,improve a variety of incentive mode,pay attention to the effect,promote or offset factor existing in the course of implementation of inventive mode.
