Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of matrine supposttories used in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods 80 cases of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were given matrine supposttories intravaginal ovules.Each patient was evaluated clinically and microbiologically before and at the end of pharmacological treatment(day 7~14).Results 7~14d after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were improved,the clinical were improved,the clinical effecicy,microbiological and synthetic effecicy was 82.3%(65/79),75.9%(60/79),75.9%(60/79) respectively.Topical local adverse reaction rate was 1.3%.Conclusion Flavescens vaginally treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis with good effect,a low incidence of local adverse reactions.
