Abstract
Objective:To isolate and prepare ursolic acid from Sumbucus Chinensis Lindl,and to build the method of determining its content Methods:Adopting the method of ethanol extract and agglomerate separate to isolate ursolic acid The content of ursolic acid in sample is determined by HPLC with methanol-H 2O(88∶12) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min, and detection wavelength at 220 nm A SymmetryShield RP18 column is used at 25℃ Results:A good linearity can be obtained in the range of 4 6~23 0μg(r=0 9999)for ursolic acid The average recovery of ursolic acid is 99 82% with RSD of 0 75% Conclusion:The technology of isolating and preparing ursolic acid is advanced,practical and feasible The content determination is accurate and reliable,and can be used to determine the content of ursolic acid
