The Experience of Emergency Treatment about 82 Cases of Severe Craniocerebral Injury

Objective To investigate the severe craniocerebral injury in the clinical characteristics and treatment-related issues, to improve the treatment rate and reduce mortality. Methods 82 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral brain injury treatment conditions were analyzed retrospectively. Results Using the results of GOS classification: I Grade 38 cases, Ⅱ 6 cases, Ⅲ grade 16 cases, Ⅳ grade 10 cases, Ⅴ grade in 12 cases. Conclusion Patients with severe craniocerebral brain injury severe illness, complications and high mortality rate, standardized first aid program, effective first aid measures can be improved in patients with severe craniocerebral brain injury success rate of resuscitation.
