Effectiveness Analysis about Drug Combination on Infants with Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective To explore the effectiveness and security about drug combination on infants with rotavirus enteritis.Methods 93 infants with rotavirus enteritis Were randomly divided into three groups,the control group 1 were given astragalus root 2 ml/(kg·time)and 2 times a day,the control group two were given cimetidine 10~15 mg/(kg·time) and one time a day,the treatment group were given drug combination of astragalus root and cimetidine,all the course were seven day.Results The time of antigens changing to feminine,antidiarrheal,correction of dehydration and the days in hospital were shortened in the treatment group compared with two control groups(P0.05);The effective rate in treatment group was 90.3%,which was 64.5% in the control group 1 and 51.6% in the control group 2,the effective rate in treatment group was apparently higher than the two control groups(P0.05),and the marked effective rate in treatment group was higher than the two control groups(P0.05);there were no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group and the control group 1.Conclusion The drug combination of astragalus root and cimetidine can shorten the care time,improve the care effectiveness and have no adverse reaction,which Worth promoting on the care of Infants with Rotavirus Enteritis.
