The Way to Perfect Curriculum System of Teachers' Education of Our Country's Normal University in the Background of Teachers' Professionalization

In the background of teachers' professionalization,curriculum of teachers' education must be multiple in levels and fields.On the knowledge and skill,the curriculum must aim at improving the integration of teachers' subject-matter knowledge and conditional knowledge.This article proceeds from the reality and long-term development need of teachers' education of our county's normal university and learns from foreign developed country's successful experience.On this basis,a reasonable and more improved curriculum will be developed to meet the professional development of curriculum system of teachers' education.
