Conception of Curriculum-System Reform of Education for Teachers

Abstract
Educational curriculum of teachers is an important guarantee for the professionalization of teachers. For the improvement of teacher's professional level, the educational curriculum of teachers should be reformed in five respects: 1. adjustment of curriculum structure; 2. expansion of curriculum category; 3. conformity of curriculum contents; 4.enforcement of practice curriculum; 5. exploitation of potential curriculum. The construction of the professionalization of teachers needs the educational curriculum system of teachers which can supply a strong support and guarantee for the cultivation of professional-standard teachers.
