Abstract
Objective To investigate the spiral CT angiography(CTA) in head and neck ischemic cerebrovascular disease clinical application value.Methods A retrospective analysis of 61 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in patients with neck CTA data.Results 3 cases were normal,16 cases of carotid artery stenosis,carotid artery stenosis in 25 cases,14 cases of vertebral artery stenosis or slender,intracranial aneurysms in 2 cases,intracranial artery malformation 4.Conclusion The 64 layer spiral CT angiography for head and neck vascular lesions in the etiologic diagnosis,treatment planning,evaluation of prognosis and has important application value in.
