Clinical Application of 64-slice Spiral CT Angiogrpahy about Head and Neck

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate 64-slice spiral CT angiography about head and neck vascular lesions in the application.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 32 cases of head and neck vascular imaging cases.Results:The CTA found 32 cases of head and neck:internal carotid artery stenosis in 11 cases,common carotid artery stenosis in 8 cases ,vertebral artery stenosis or a fine in 7 cases,two cases of intracranial arterial malformation,intracranial aneurysm in 1 case,normal in 8 cases.Conclusion:The 64-slice spiral CT angiography for the cause of head and neck vascular disease diagnosis,assessment of prognosis and the development of treatment programs has important application value.
