Abstract
The constitutional supervision is the most fundamental inspection system in the modern national supervision systems. Though the constitutional supervision system in our country possesses some specialties, it has its limitation to some extend.So the inspection of the constitutional supervision should be enhanced and institution of the constitutional supervision should be perfected so as to maintain the authority of constitution.
