Legitimate Thought on the Constitutional Supervision

Building the rule of law country first needs to establish the authority of the Constitution.Constitutional supervision system is the only way to establish the authority of the Constitution.At present,there are some problems in China's constitutional supervision: the main implementation body is not clear,the operational procedure is lacking,and the supervision scope is not comprehensive.Establishing the Constitutional Council,improving supervision procedures,and setting up a corresponding system of constitutional litigation are China's development path of Constitutional supervision system.
