Abstract

In this paper, the inhibition of polysaccharide of edible fungi (Plenrotus ostreatus,Flammulina velutipes,Lentinus edodes) to plant virus (TMV,CMV) on host Chenopodium anarenticcolor were studied.The results showed that the polysaccharide extracted from three kinds of edible fungi at different concentrations could inhibit TMV and CMV effectively.Statistical analysis showed that there were no significant differences between the control effect at different concentrations,furthermore,there obviously existed inhibition and passivation on virus,but no cure effects.The inhibition of polysaccharide extracted from Pleurotus ostreatus to TMV and CMV was superior to that of polysaccharide from Flammulina velutipes, Lentinus edodes.
