Abstract
Objective To explore the correlateion of PCNA and HSP70 expression carcinogensis and biologic behaveior of human glioma. Methods The expression of PCNA and HSP70 in human glioma and normal brain tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry(SABC). Results Expression of PCNA was found in 80% of gliomas and none of normal, and 12%,22%,20%,26% of Ⅰ~Ⅳ, with the progress of tumors clinical grades the positive rates of PCNA expression increased. And the expression of HSP70 was found in 98% of gliomas, and 14%, 22%, 30%, 34% of Ⅰ~Ⅳ, There was significant correlateion between PCNA and HSP70 expression. Conclusion These results suggest that the expression of PCNA and HSP 70 is correlated with the occurrence, development of glioma, they are hopefully to be useful markers for the clinic of glioma.
