Abstract
A method for the determination of ethyl 2-oxocylopentanecaroxylate by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography is developed. Kromasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) is chosen as chromatographic column. Methanol-water (60∶40, V∶V) at flow-rate of 0.6 mL/min is mobile phase with UV detection wave at 253 nm. The relationship between peak height and concentration in the range from 6 to 300 μg/mL show good linearity. RSD is 3.30%.The detection limit is 0.08μg/mL.The recovery of samples are 98.02%~101.22%. It indicates that the proposed method is sensitive reliable and can be?applied in analysis of medical materials.
