Abstract
The method for the separation and determination of Wanlongmycin in fermentation broth was developed.A C18 reversed column(3.9mm×150mm) was used. The column temperature was 40 ℃.The mobile phase was methanol-water(20∶80).The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength was UV 280nm.The results showed that the active constituent Wanlongmycin can be separated effectively. In linear range 17.5-280μg/ml,there was a regressive equation y=17343x-164139,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998(n=5).
