On Improving Double-Quality Teacher's Group in Higher Vocational Education

Based on particularity of higher vocational education, the problems existed in teachers’ group are discussed in the paper, and the ability and quality of double-quality teachers are put forward too according to characteristic of higher vocational education. Double-quality teacher's definition standard is made, and training way of it is discussed based on requirement of higher vocational education development. In addition policy guarantee of title evaluation and incentive mechanism are discussed as well.
