On the Methods of Developing "Double Quality Teachers" in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

The goal of higher vocational education is to train skilled talents with high quality and teacher is the key factor in the improvement of teaching quality.The development of double quality teachers is the priority in the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the problems exsiting in the work of devolping double quality teachers and provides some countermeasures.
